The Office of the President serves as the executive administrative headquarters and central governance body of Inter Pacific Post University (IPPU). Operating under the institutional leadership and strategic vision of the United Nations Inter Pacific Association (UNIPA), the Office is responsible for maintaining academic excellence, institutional integrity, and borderless global education standards.

1. Core Mandate & Responsibility.

Strategic Leadership: Steering the academic, operational, and transnational growth of IPPU in alignment with UNIPA governance charters.

Academic Policy & Governance: Overseeing curriculum standards, degree conferments, faculty appointments, and institutional ethics.

Global Partnerships & Diplomacy: Fostering academic affiliations, diplomatic relations, and research collaborations with international bodies, NGOs, and global institutions.

* Institutional Supervision: Ensuring all administrative divisions—including Admissions, Legal Affairs, Secretariat, and the Registrar—operate with transparency and efficiency.

2. Institutional Oversight & Committees

The Office of the President exercises executive oversight over several key academic and administrative councils:

The Academic Council: Evaluates degree programs, approves curriculum updates, and oversees research standards.

The Board of Regents: Governs high-level university policies, strategic expansions, and transnational initiatives.

The Honorary Conferment Board: Reviews nominations and approves the conferment of Honorary Doctorate (Ph.D.) degrees to distinguished global figures.
