Welcome to Inter Pacific Post University (IPPU).
When we established our educational legacy in 1992—initially as Commonwealth Post University—the vision was simple yet profound: to create an inclusive academic platform that breaks geographical barriers and brings quality higher education within reach of every aspiring learner. Today, as a flagship initiative of the United Nations Inter Pacific Association (UNIPA), IPPU stands as a fully online, borderless institution dedicated to advancing global dialogue, human rights, and lifelong learning.

We live in a rapidly changing world where education can no longer be confined to traditional physical classrooms. At IPPU, we leverage modern digital infrastructure to deliver flexible, high-caliber programs ranging from Undergraduate degrees to Ph.D. studies. Furthermore, through our Honorary Doctorate recognition framework, we proudly acknowledge distinguished global leaders, professionals, and innovators whose lifetime contributions drive meaningful societal change.

As the President of IPPU and Secretary General of UNIPA, I invite students, researchers, and professionals from around the globe to join our international community. Together, let us utilize knowledge and innovation as powerful instruments for peace, sustainable development, and global leadership.

Warm regards,
Dr. Muhammed Haider Ali
President, Inter Pacific Post University (IPPU)
